Looks OK at first glance - are you sure about the first day as a chill day - won't you be itching to go and up anyway pre-dawn!!!

no we have thought about it long and hard and we have decided to do this.

How about bringing the second chill day forward so you aren't doing 4 Disney parks in a row? You could always chill during the day and go to a park for the fireworks in the evening.
I think you will find Discovery Cove a relaxing chill day too (I am counting it as a rest day). As it closes early evening you could eat and then see more fireworks that evening too. This saves you having very long days in the parks.
