Advertising
Advertising your Villa on the DIBB gives you the following:-
• A single post that contains description and one attachment/picture of your villa in the Villa Rentals forum.
This forum is split into 3 bed, 4 bed and 5+ bed sections.
• Villa owners and Requests forum, here you can post offers, specials or announcements for your villa.
• There will be a pictures of advertiser villas displayed at the top of all the villa forums. These pictures will be randomly selected from all the advertisers. The pictures will link directly to that advertisers Villa Advertisement.
• Villa advertisers will also have their Private Message box increased from 20 to 100 messages.
• Advertisers will also be given 15Mb of Gallery web space, you will be able to create personal albums including a personal album for your villa pictures that you could link to in the villa forums.
• A link to your Villa DIBB Advert in your signature
• A plaque under your username to identify you as a Villa Owner

1. You certify that you are the registered owner of the home you are advertising.
2. You are agreeing to purchase advertising space and villa owners forum access for twelve months.
3. theDIBB is not responsible for actually booking your home and cannot guarantee that you will achieve rentals.
4. Advertising is not transferable in the event of your selling your home. No refund will be given.
5. Villa advertising is only allowed in the designated Villa forums, villa advertising is strictly forbidden in the non villa forums. You may not post "Look at my villa" type posts in the non villa forums, you may however point members to the villa forums in general. This is to make it fair for All villa Advertisers so we do not get into the situation where every villa advertiser is posting "hey look at my villa" type posts.
6. You agree not to use the DIBB services including Private messages and email to spread advertising.
7. Only one villa per advertising agreement is allowed. If you have multiple homes and you want to advertise all of them please contact us for multiple home advertising discount.
8. You may not advertise unsold weeks for other parties or for multiple homes unless you have a multi home agreement with us.
9. You agree that all posts made by you shall be truthful and legal. You further agree that any text or graphics posted by you is either free of copyright or you hold the copyright.
10. You agree to be respectful to other advertisers and to not post 'we are cheaper than ....' type posts
11. Any image that is posted should not exceed 640x480 and should be either .jpg or .gif format
12. You may not advertise any other services or use affiliate links in your posts.
13. Abuse of our terms and conditions will lead to your advert being cancelled with no refunds.
14. We reserve the right to cancel any advertisement at anytime. If we do this then a full refund of any unused months will be paid to the advertiser.
15. We may at times change these conditions, if we make any major changes then you will be informed. The latest version of conditions can always be found in the DIBB Villa Forums or can be sent to you on written request.
