I ordered our park tickets ages ago and have still not received them. I telephoned today and they said they will be sent out soon. I know we have still got time but I want them now so there is one less thing to think about. Has anyone not recieved there tickets on time?

A lot of ticket companies send them out as late as possible. This annoyes me. When you ordered them did they take the money then? If so they should of sent you the tickets then. I request they are sent by special delivery NOW. Last thing you need to a Royal Mail problem and them being delayed.

Sounds like their delivery is as good as their customer service.:nonono:
Do they realise you are going in only 9 days?
When i order my tickets from cheapest-park-tickets i am going to tell them we are going in June instead of July to make sure they arrive in plenty of time.
I did order some tickets from undercovertourist some time ago and they arrived within the week. Speedy delivery seems to be standard with most of the good reputation companies.
Hope they arrive soon and have a fab time.:D

I don't wan't to cause any unneccesary worry but I'm still waiting for my tickets and we go on Saturday!!!
I rang them yesterday and was told they were waiting for the 21 day adventure passports to come in. When I asked what would happen if they didn't come in time he said they'd source the tickets from another UK supplier and take a loss on the tickets if it came to it. Fair enough I suppose but you can't help being a bit concerned can you when there are only four days to get it sorted?
Has anyone else been in the same predicament?

Thanks everyone for the replies. I have just telephoned them again and they told me that they will be sent out in the next few days but I was a bit firmer this time and said I didn't want to wait a few days so they are sending them today. They did tell me to telephone if I hadn't recieved them by 16th which was yesterday but I don't feel I should have needed to chase them up when I paid my £1024 over a month ago. Why don't they just send them when you order them and also if they do happen to send the wrong tickets they are really cutting it fine to sort things out by leaving it to the last few days :(

We had the same with another ticker reseller and will now not use any company that does not send the tickets out once paid for.

Exactly.
A company with good customer service would phone YOU, not the other way around. Of course, we know from recent posts that this particular company has no idea about good service.
I agree with Bob, I now will not order tickets from a company unless they send immediately.

i had mine from attraction tickets direct. i booked them on the saturday and received them on the tuesday!! and i'm not travelling until september

I have not had this problem either as I get mine from www.attraction-tickets-direct.com and they send them as soon as you pay for them.
Infact last year I bought them with months to go on a friday and they told me that there was a little hold up on the Disney side and did I need them ASAP, I told them no there was no rush.
They phoned me up on Monday to apologise for them not delivering due to a hold up from Disney. I said not to worry as I was not going for like 5 months. I got the tickets within a couple of days. Great customer service IMO
they were worn out by October ;) LOL

I experienced the same problem with this company last year. I can not understand how they can sell a product they do not have in stock & do not know when the next delivery will be, especially when they have taken payment in full!! I also discovered that they are unable to issue a refund back to the card used for payment should you decide to cancel & purchase elsewhere?!?

Just got home to a message on my answer phone from best 4 attractions apologising for the delay and to let me know my tickets have now been sent and I will receive them 1pm tommorow:D. At least they bothered to phone I suppose, not sure I would use them again though. As in a previous post I also asked them to price match a while ago with cheapest park tickets which they said they where happy to do if I would rather that than the planet hollywood meal vouchers as I couldn't expect to get both. Fair enough I suppose but it should be made clearer on the terms and conditions. IMHO

I know that this has been on another now 'locked' thread, but I feel that I must say something. I have looked through the terms and conditions and their website, and I cant see where it says you have to forfeit one for the other. The nearest is the 'cant be used with other offers etc' but I think price matching is a policy and not an offer. It would not take much to just say we price match like for like deals would it? How can it be a free meal? If you can either have cheaper price matched tickets or the meal vouchers how is it free?
I would have more respect if it just said upfront that they only match like for like. Sorry if this causes any offence but that's how I feel. And as for not sending tickets out until later, dont get me started on that one......
On the plus side, I did use this company for Sea World tickets and said although I was not going while October, I wanted them now. They were going to post them nearer the time, but then agreed to send them when they had them, which they did stick to. Keith Prowse had my husband's money for 7 months for my Empire State Building tickets and even then went right to the last minute before getting them to me :nonono: I think if you pay now, you get them now, if the companies dont want to send them straight away, dont take the money for them straight away.

Tell them you are going in two weeks time and they'll send them straight away- this is what we have done in the past with Keith Prowse.
Not sure what I would have done or be entitled to if I'd lost them though :)
