We are going to Florida on honeymoon sept3rd 05 flying from Manchester, staying at Crown plaza with a car.
We are now in panic mode, we didnt realise that we would need to plan what we wanted to see and do.
This is our first trip, (we cant usually afford it!) and we really want to make the most of it and see as much as possible!
Can anyone help, we really dont know where to start!?!:(

Are you going to go to all the parks? We are more shopping people and could give you lots of info on these, but sure some Disney DIBBers will be along soon! :wink
Congratulations BTW on the wedding!

Shopping sounds good, although not sure my other half would agree.
Any tips would be greatly received!

Shopping:
* WalMart
* Orlando Premium Outlets
* Lake Buena Vista Outlets
* Altamonte Mall
* Eagle Ridge Mall
* West Oaks Mall
* Downtown Disney
We're not park people but have been before and love Epcot.
There are threads in shopping etc for people's favourite eats and the ones to avoid.

basically you will need to do all the parks..
A must for a Honeymoon is to enjoy the World Showcase at Epcot during the evening..it is such a lovely way to enjoy it..meandering through the different 'countries'... sipping champagne in France whilst taking in the evening air at an outside table :D watching a set of Off Kilter in Canada is just great.
If you like roller coasters and animals then a trip to Busch Gardens has gotta be in your plans..though I loved BGs befor I braved coasters ;)
Seaworld is a great day out too :D
Obviously you have to go to the heart and soul of WDW the Magic Kingdom though you need to find out which will be the best time to go here to avoid crowds..
A night out at Jelly Rolls may be an enjoyable way to spend an evening too (though having kids in tow I have never been there ..yet)
and basically Dibbing befor hand .. ask as many questions as you need as there are lots of us that will love giving advice and such..
There are lots of itineraries posted on this site. Why not have a look at some of them to get an idea of what to do and when.
Have a look at some of them posted here:-

Save money by buying bottled water at the supermarket and taking it with you instead of buying it out... Eat outside of the parks. Try not to panic and get everything done or you will get exhausted and all parked out. Just write a basic list of what you'd like to do and break it down into the 14 days you have... Morning do parks.. then back to hotel or villa for a rest, swim, chill and eats then back out to the parks for the evening maybe... This is what most people do and on odd days shop at malls or outlets... Don't forget you can buy Disney stuff cheaper at WalMarts.

We also did disney for our honeymoon in 2000 and it was our first time also. I think the main piece of advise I could give is don't kill yourselves trying to fit everything in, we did and came back absolutely shattered - not great after a wedding :wink
These forums should give you a great start in planning everything, but the best couple thing to do we found was just siting in epcot watching the fireworks with a nice bottle of wine there's a little garden next to the rose & crown which provides a great view, however you need to get there a good hour or so before the fireworks start.
Another nice to do is dinner at the Cheesecake factory at the florida mall - try and get a table outside which is quite romantic.
Another main tip is make a plan, but be ready to change it depending on how your feeling, weather etc.
Hope this helps but if you need any further info let me know.
