FedEx ?

Last Saturday I booked and paid for Cirque du Soleil tickets and paid $10 extra for FedEx to deliver them... does anyone know how long this takes please? was sort of expecting them this week.

They are pretty quick if youre in the house when they try to deliver them the first time. Had some Disney tickets delivered from Orlando and it took around 5 days. I was also given a tracking number which i could put into their website and find out where the package was. great!

However.............Because i wasnt in the first time it took around 2 weeks to get them redelivered! Their customer services is in India or somewhere like that and the English they speak is poor and its hard to explain things to them. I originally asked for a pm delivery after the first failed delivery attempt with the special request to be delivered after 230. the operator said no problem but then they were tried to deliver at 12.10! It went on like this for 2 weeks and in the end i had them delivered to work(which they said couldnt be done in the first place!). There is nobody in this country that you can speak to when problems arise.

My AP voucher came from Disney by DHL within the week. I was able to track it on their website too.

My Cirque du Soleil tickets arrived really quick, ordered them 8pm on 4th, they were posted on 5th and arrived a couple of days later. However, waited over a week for my MNSSHP tickets as I wasn't in the first time they tried to deliver them, DHL rang to say they had left a note but I hadn't contacted them. No note was left but they redelivered the tickets no problem.

Thanks. Wasn't given a tracking number so I'll see what happens next week.
