Just curious, when do you inform the server you have a discount card in table service restaurants?
When you are seated?
When you order mains/desserts?
am presuming it's a bit late when they bring the bill:wink

When using our Disney Dining Experience card, we always told them when we asked for the check Bev.
If they've already made it out before we get a chance, it's never been a problem. They just take it away again and modify it to take off the discount.
We told our server at the Hard Rock Cafe when he brought us the menu. He thanked us and said it just makes it a bit quicker for hm and for us as the bill would not have to be re-calculated.

I would tell the server at the time of ordering. That way they may give you better service as is stands to reason that if you are saving money then they may well get a slightly bigger tip!;)

I found that most money off coupons said on "Please show to server upon ordering" or something like that
