Marriot World Centre Resort

We passed this almost every day. It just looked amazing. Has anyone stayed here? Is it as expensive as it looks?

We fly out on Sunday. Booked with Virgin. Really excited !!!!

We stayed there last year, having been evacuated from St Pete in the light of certain weather disturbances (!).

Hotel is REALLY nice..pool area superb...you may well get a room with a view over the pool which is cool.

Just be warned that the car park is a 5 minute walk/free bus ride away...I left to park when we checked in and left Mrs F-D..she thought I had sneeked off to WDW !!!

We are off there too on 28th June! Never stayed there before but REALLY looking forward to it. Usually stay at Courtyard by Marriott on Hotel Plaza Boulevard but didn't fancy it again since it was taken over by Holiday Inn.
