I have just read that the shuttle is timetabled for 9 - 24th, i hope it goes its just in my slot.

Well don't count on it - it was down for when we are due to be there!

I suppose it all depends on how Atlantis fares and whether it ever goes! KSC will e-mail you updates if you sign up on their website.
