Water parks in Nov

Having read a little bit regarding the water parks it seems as though BB was closed last november for maintenance. IS this something that they do every year?

Yes one of the water parks closes mid-late October then when the park is due to open the other water park closes. The last couple of years Blizzard Beach is the one that closes first but this can change.
