Looks great Suzie! You have a full program there. You might see us at MK on the 19th, otherwise our paths don't cross! We fly back on the 21st.
I suggest you do the waterparks before the shopping as they fill up fast and the malls are a good place to get out of the sun and cool down later in the day.
As you have more than one day at each park you might want to have an early start one day to do the popular rides and then go later the next and stay for the fireworks. It's a long day otherwise for kids. If you are staying close then you can always take a break midday to chill a bit and go back for the evening.
Not long now, have you made any dining reservations?

Good tips from loadsafairydust! I think making MK the first Park first day is a really good one - you will be awake early and the real magic is at MK, a Disney holiday doesn't start until you have been there! The idea of breaking every third day or so with a relax is sound, mixes relaxing with excitement. Good plan!
