Just before we went into WWTBAM at MGM, I told Dave (bf) that I'd read on here the youngest person to get onto it was a little child who'd randomly pressed the buttons on fastest finger. I said I was gonna do the same, and Dave agreed....so when we actually did it...you've gotta imagine how shocked we were when seat number 27 was top of the list - Dave's seat!!
It was really good to see him up there, but the best bit was when the presenter asked him what his favourite bit of the trip was so far. I knew it was coming...so braced myself as he said...
"Oh it's GOT TO BE...Universal!"
So as you can imagine the whole audience were in stitches and the presenter was like "no more help for you now then!!"....I suppose you had to be there but it was v.funny!!
He got up to the 32,000 question but lost it...but still got a hat and some pins...but it was definitely a highlight of our holiday, esp when we were on Startours and a guy goes "you'll like this, it's like universal!!!!" lol
Anyone else been on it???

I'd definitely try the random pressing again!! I don't think the presenter believed him when he said he'd just pressed them - but since the question was about American TV shows...I can DEFINITELY say it was a random guess, lol
I went bright red when my face appeared on the big screen at the beginning! That was enough for me.
I purposely answer all the questions incorrectly just so I don't get in the hot seat ;)

I know, I'd have hated to go up! Although since we got picked for the comedy show at DTD.....and had a song made up about us, lol, I shoulda been ready for anything!!

my DW also did the random button press and was fastest - she did not want to go up, but pressed by myself, the kids and my parents, she went up, but was extrermely nervous, and got a question wrong after about 4 right.
She still has the badge! And we loved it!

What do you win if you get to the million?
The prizes range from collectible pins to a leather jacket or a 3-night cruise on one of Disney's cruise ships for the Million point win.

Hi, I won FFF on Chrsitmas Day!! Couldn't believe I got it - at first glance on the leader board I said to my wife - 'well done darling you came 3rd' and she was really chuffed, and then someone tapped me on the shoulder to say I had came 1st! Upon looking at the board, I had indeed won!!
My heart was beating real fast as I went down the stairs as I was asked my name and where I came from, which was fed by earpiece to the presenter, 'And here we have Ian, from England' - raptuous applause!
She made polite conversation with me and then we hit the questions. A lot of US questions obviously, 1 Disney question (what type of characters were in Robin Hood - Politicians, Animals, etc.), Who was the King of Spain? With waht course would Lady Fingers be associated with Dinner (ask the audience, well I am a man!), an American Question about baseball - Ask a stranger, and finally another question about hockey - got to 50/50 and guessed wrong.
Still got to and kept my $32000 pins, cap and shirt. Was whisked behind the scenes as the buzzer went (I was the only one - sorry rest of audience!!) - I had to sign a disclaimer forbidding me to go on again within next 90 days I think. Only last month the 1st UK millionaire had won the cruise, and I was the highest UK winner since!
Really exciting, nervewracking, but enjoyed it. Afterwards a couple of Americans came over and shook my hands. With my 5 minutes of fame over, I went off happy as ever, really enjoying rest of my hols - couldn't wait to get home to tell everyone!!

I also randomly pressed the buttons, I never in a million years thought I woulsd get it right but I did!! In 1.34 seconds ;) The host said, "Im guessing you guessed that question then?"
I got the 125000 point question wrong so dropped back to 32000 and got the hat, pins and tshirt :jump: Loads of people game up to say well done to me afterwards and someone even recognised me when we were shopping in Beltz the next day
I was the first person in the hot seat on April 6th this year (3pm showing) if anyone was there :D Great fun :jump:

We enjoyed this when a guy from our row of seats went up (or down!) and he turned out to be on his own (the others in his party didn't want to queue up to get in).
In true American fashion he became part of the row 'family' so we all rooted for him to do well!!
