alton towers hotel [Archive]

I have booked a themed suite the Alton Towers hotel as a surprise for my sons 18th birthday. We have all been to Alton Towers before but never stayed in one of their hotels. The suite I have booked is the Celebration Suite (was previously the Coca cola suite), and now I am hoping that it lives up to expections. Has anyone stayed in any of the themed suites and what did they think of it.

Hi Judy
I've stayed at both hotels the theming is great
I've not stayed in a themed room but have popped my head round the door of the oblivion door once
The themed rooms are a lot bigger and of cause you get extra goodies
Free cola and sweets i think in the room your in
I've heard there free choccies in the chocolate room :jump:
Sorry can't help more with the themed rooms

Thanks for that, we go next week. It's just for one night in the hotel but I'm hoping it's as good as it looks.

Don't forget you can visit the water park before you check into your room and also the day you check out
We arrived at 11am went straight into the water park first

Yes we are going to go to the water park on our first day, we only live just over a hours drive away so we can get there in the morning and make the most of it. We get 15 priority passes each for the theme park rides so we are just going to do this on our second day. Can't wait for our mini holiday.
