Cirque du Soleil ticket help please

I need to email Cirque Du Soleil as my tickets have still not arrived (3 weeks now) and I paid an extra $10 for Fed Ex to deliver them... the problems are... I was not given a Fed Ex number to track the tickets and every time I do a search here for Cirque Du Soleil it comes up Cannot do it because Du is too short a word. Please can someone give me their direct number or their website please. Thank you.

I booked via disney and they arrived 3 days later by DHL
