MyTravel Flights to Menorca

Ive just booked our flights to Menorca next year with MyTravel, having never flown with them before, has anyone any advise (dont be too brutal please ......... I have already booked:D :D )

This will be the third year I've flown with mytravel, friendly staff clean planes, ok food.
Last year on time going out & 1/2hr early coming back and on fri 13th, Lol
1st year tenerife 1/2hr delay going out & 6 hrs back but I have had delays with other airlines for similar lenghts. I would rather have a delay than go on a plane with problems so accept them besides I work in retail and am normally on the receiving end of complaints. not nice! They are human not just part the company treat them as such and they will help you more (I speak from experience)
Yes I've had problems but will continue choosing to fly with them
