this is our 4th trip to Orlando
Friday 7th Oct
Leave the house around 5.15 AM for the 45 minute drive to Aberdeen airport for our 7AM flight to Manchester with BMI - don't know if I'll take the car and park it or get a lift.
Arrive Manchester 8.15 AM, collect bags and head from terminal 1 to TCD check in at the railway station for our 2 PM flight to Orlando. Then a few hours browsing around the airport.
Arrive Sanford at 6PM, collect hire car, drive to the villa at Westridge on the US27, drop of the cases and DW, then DS and I will go on a shopping trip to get essential supplies - if we are late we may collect some on the way to the villa - have never arrived that late before. Will have a dip in the pool - and a couple of beers or glasses of wine.
Sat 8th Oct
We should be armed with 5 park flextickets for the 14 days, and 7 day magic your way plus non expiry tickets, so today we will have a relaxing morning, may go out for breakfast and head off towards Universal or IOA, and do a little shopping. I have not asked DS whether he wants to do discovery cove swim with dolphins yet - I don't think he will as he does not like salt water (excema) - but if he does want to do this we will get the discovery + 7 day seaworld ticket and get the 14 day US/IOA tickets instead of the flexticket.
Sun 9th - Thurs 20th Oct
Will just see how it pans out, will visit all the parks in this time, 1 day at Seaworld and Busch gardens, and the disney waterparks - no fixed plan, just do whatever we feel like doing. Hoping to do a good bit of relaxing around the villa pool but this will depend on DS! Will do the boggycreek airboat rides, and try a lot of the good restuarants we have read about here on the Dibb.
Friday 21st Oct
Head off from the villa, hopefully to LBV TCD check in to drop off the cases, probably go back to IOA or universal to do some of the rides again. Leave the park around 4 PM and drive to Sanford for our 9PM flight back to Manchester.
Sat 22nd Oct
The day I am looking forward to least. Dithered about booking the BMI flight back to Aberdeen as it is 1 hr 50 minutes after we arrive in Manchester - it is now up to £200 each for 1 way so will not be booking it now! Looking like a car hire and a 6 hour drive, may look at the train. If driving may stop off overnight in Edinburgh or Glasgow, depends how I feel.
