What would be the average I would need to pay per week for a 2 ( do they do them?) or 3 bed villa with pool within 20 mins drive of WDW?

Thanks

Depends what time of year you want to visit.

I can't email you privately, as your settings are that way, but if you email me or contact me, I'll give you our contacts.

I'm not an owner or anything like it, but could help.

It depends on lots of things really, as mentioned time of year, villa facilities, location, whether you want luxury, comfortable or basic. Age of villa, furnishing etc etc etc. If there are just two of you you could consider a Condo, no private pool though.

The villas I have been looking at for Aug 06 (within 10-15 mins of Disney, pool and preferably spa) are all between £450/475 and £625 for 3 or 4 bedrooms but that is peak time you can probably find one for between £350 and £500 for non peak time or cheaper if you are prepared to drive 20 mins. Don't limit yourself to only looking for 2 bedrooms as there are very few, many 3 bedrooms and even some 4 bedrooms work out very good value.

Hope that helps

Nicola

I would of thought you would expect £350 - £500 for a 3/4 bed.
You may get late offers but I would expect the above prices a year in advance. Flight would be cheaper in march so you could have more choice in your villa. You would want pool heat for march and possibly may.
