Water ski-ing - where?

DD would like to go water ski-ing next year and just wondered if anyone can recommend a good school for complete beginners.

check into the orlando watersports complex. they have pulley systems to tow you on the water. i think they may have classes as well. orlandowatersports.com

you can do knee boarding and surfing at wet n wild I-drive, included in the cost of Park admission and it's really fun! On a huge lake, and v safe with helmets, life jackets etc provided and life guards watching.

You can water ski at the Contemporary at Sammy Duvall's Water Sports Centre.

Not sure that it's geared up for beginners though.
