Advice Please

Went to Orlando last year in September and had time of our lives, so much so that we just have to go back. Only problem ismwe are going a little earlier (school gave us hell after last year!) We are travelling on 28th August for 2 weeks. I presume the parks will be a lot more packed the first week and then we have the labour day weekend. Can some experts give me their advice on: when is best days to do the parks and when is the best time to go to coast for a night. Also is the Labour day weekend a Fri-Mon thing ? Thanks

usually after labour day its quiet,the yanks are back to work.
they say tuesday onwards is best time in the parks

i think the american kids go back to school mid august so the last two weeks in august will probably be a lot quieter. we're going for month of august so hope this is right!! best times to visit parks is mon-thurs/fri. sat/sun very busy especially if american holiday time - avoid parks if possible as it will be almost impossible to move in them from early morning. maybe try the coast on the friday or sunday may be good day to head to the coast and have monday there also. i'm sure others will be more helpful. we done clear water midweek (only for a day) in aug 03. it didn't seem too busy but was extremely hot - about 38-40 degrees. it was soooooo hot we had to come back to wdw early.
