Hey!! I never saw this thread before so am a little behind in doing this!! But it's never too late to get to know people!

I'm S-J (21), I've just finished my law degree in Newcastle and am in the next stage of training to be a solicitor. I first went to WDW when I was 2 and have been back a grand total of about 15 times!! I love anything to do with Orlando really, and have also been to Key West and Captiva many times on my Florida hols. I have also been to DLP a few times, which, to be honest, is getting better, although it'll never be as good as WDW!!!

I'm looking forward to the Trafford Centre meet in a couple of weeks and hope to meet some of you there.

Love the site so far - am getting addicted!!!!

Love
S-Jxxxx

PS. How do people fancy a singleton's holiday to Orlando?!!!

Since this looks like a good place for the intros.....

I'm nicki, DD of Ken. He can't type so fast so i get the job. excuse the spelling!

I'm 30 and a biomedical scientist, parents are Ken (warehouse manager) and Linda (RGN). First went to disney in 1979 when we lived in washington dc, drove down to florida, took 2 whole days and an overnight on the road. Lucky me, I was 4 & don't remember that part. Been to disney 4 times now, no 5 is next june. Can't wait.

Spent a lot of time visiting the states due to having friends & family over there and love the place. Hash browns from denny's in particular.

really don't think we can wait till next June though!

Hi, I'm Sue, DD of Jan. My DH is Steve and we have a DS, Luke, 17 months.

Joined some time ago but am shy so have never posted before. Read the great advice on taking small children to WDW. Have had to cancel last 2 trips, hoping 3rd time lucky for Nov '06. Trying to bring it closer by reading as much as I can!

1st went to WDW 1988 & returned many times, but not since Nov '99, so suffering withdrawal. DVC member at Saratoga Springs, bought site unseen; can't wait to see it.

Might as well put my twoppenth in, lol. My name is Eveline, aged fortysomething (getting nearer 50 than 40, but a big kid at heart), married to Steve with a DS named Stuart who's 23 and a DD named Lindsey who's 21. First went to Florida in 1981 and loved it so much we made a vow that when we had some kids we would take them to see such a wonderful place. Well that took us until 1990 to do it and we've been back several times since and to California to visit family living there. Love everything about the U.S and everything Disney and wish i'd had the guts to move out there when my kids were young (couldnt go now and leave them here!!) as there way of life is marvellous. Found the Dibb earlier this year when searching the internet and now i cant keep away, its addictive!! Picked up so many tips and tried to share a few, love talking to everyone else on here, your all a great bunch.

WOW this is fun:smile: my name is Nikki:wavey: my DH is Andrew:thumbs-up we have too DS :stitchbou :goofy: . We all love Disney, Just stayed at Pop for 2 weeks back in Sept, and are planning to try out ASMo next year with the last few days at AKL in a Savanna room (for me). The boys are now 9 and 6 and fell in love with Disney Quest. We had one of those new 14 day passes, so we visited DQ about 3/4 times, mainly in the evenings. My fav ride is Test Track, DH's is rock 'n rollercoaster. DS 9 Star Tours and the 6 year old DS Tower of Terror.
We've only been Dibbing since the summer, and been traveling to florida for over 15 years, thanks to you we visited new places and resturants and loved it.

Hiya, this is my first post woo hoo....

I am 36, married to Chris for 8 years and have 4 year old twins, Harry and Lily. We live in Brugge at the moment because of Chris's work. We took the twins to Florida 2 years ago and everyone told us how foolish it was as they would never remember it. It was definately money well spent and we are taking them back in February.

Love the states and have just got back from New York.

Hi All,

I'm called Barbara, I work as a Midwife at our local hospital and just booked my 2nd Trip to Florida for July 2006. Was originally going to go to Spain and found it was the same price and I know the ticket prices will add to the cost, but thought....... Why not! Going with Hubby and Kids, aged 12 years (13 the day we fly home) and 15 years.

Looking forward to becoming an active member of the forum!

Hi Guys,
Welcome to all those that haven't had an answer.
Because this thread was being missed and it looked like new members were being ignored I have closed this thread and created a new Introduction and Welcome forum.

Members can make individual welcome posts, this way they won't get overlooked.

I'll leave this thread in the welcome forum but it will be closed to new threads.
