View Full Version : Unhappy with Best4Attractions service

just a word of warning - we are going to Florida on Saturday and still haven't received our tickets from Best4Attractions. They have been promising us them for the last 2 weeks but still haven't come - they assure me that we will receive them tomorrow - I won't hold my breath. I just hope that we get them before we travel or we will have 10 unhappy travellers. :cry:

I booked the tickets in May and asked to get them 3 weeks before travelling - maybe someone at Best4Attractions thinks that 3 days is time enough.

I would suggest that you tell them that you are travelling 2 weeks before you are actually going on holiday that way you might get them on time.

I will cross fingers for you. I am sure they will either get them to you or deliver them to you :D

I only book from ticket agents that send the tickets as soon as payment is made.. I usually have my tickets about 4 months befor LOL

i ordered from them ages ago told them i was going in oct and both my 7 day disney passes and 4 park flex tickets a few days later.
how can they send some out quick and others late?? they must have stock of these tickets.

I used best4attractions and also received my tickets within days. Which tickets did you order? Maybe its the quantity that's causing a problem.

I unfortunatly had the same problem so I had to get firm. I telephoned and told them to send the tickets today not tomorrow but today. I received them at 8.30 the next morning by special delivery and they telephoned and left a message confirming they had been sent and apologising for the delay. Hope you get them tomorrow fingers crossed.

I think I'd be polite but firm and tell them to send them in the post immediately or you could mention trading standards to them, this may make them move a bit more quickly.:confused2

Thanks everyone - hopefully you are right and we get them tomorrow - we split the order as we thought that it would be better not to get 10 at once - 4 of us ordered 4 sets of tickets - 2 x 5 disney 7 day pass & 2 x 5 flexi ticket 4 park pass.

If I don't get them tomorrow then I will be speaking to Trading Standards about them and how they can get away with this.

I will let you know how we get on.

guess what? - our tickets didn't arrive - I have been assured by the Supervisor that our tickets will be dispatched today and will be with us before 1pm tomorrow - they couldn't send them by special courier or wouldn't. Glad I didn't hold my breath yesterday because I wouldn't have been able to send this message.

I have decided that I would never use this company again - they had been recommended to me but I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone else - that is 4 people they have lost as customers. It makes me mad that companies put people through this. I will be writing to their office to let them know that I am not happy. :angry:

In a bit of a panic incase they don't come tomorrow. :omg:

I think that they are cutting it a bit too fine for my liking! As if you have not got enough stress without them doing this to you.

You poor thing, it really annoys me because it's your hard earned money and the holiday of a lifetime they are upsetting. I will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you!

I really feel for you. I like to have everything planned in advance so this would be a nightmare situation for me. I almost ordered from them last week but after reading some negative feedback I went elsewhere - i'm so glad that I did!! Like many others, i'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you!

I would really like to know why these tickets companies feel the need to wait until a few days before you fly. When ordering them and paying for them surely they could just send them out there and then, why wait !!
Even airline/travel companies do this with flight tickets.
I would have thought it would be less hassle to the companies to send them out early and avoid phone calls from stressed travellers day in and day out.

perhaps the reason they are not sent out straight away is that they put YOUR money in THEIR bank and amass interest on YOUR money!!!:mad2: :mad2:

When we pay we should get our tickets within a few days of booking.

These large companies have big fat directors earning interest from our money. They dont care about customers as they retire on huge pensions and a pot belly.

I think they should all have their kneecaps shot for being greedy. :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:

I too had a bad experience with this company and posted a thread at the time - the excuse I heard was that they were waiting for stocks of the tickets to come in. Surely selling something that you don't even have isn't acceptable not to mention probably illegal!! I really hope that your tickets arrive asap and it doesn't spoil the anticipation too much.

I used them and they were fine, but SIL used them at the same time and had real bother - the whole waiting in for nothing to arrive malarkey.

Given everyone else's experiences recently I will definitely never use them again. :(

Edited to say - why are they still doing this to people when they know they are getting such bad press? I have to question whether it's appropriate for them to advertize on here when their reliability is in question.

yipee our tickets have just been delivered - not bad - 24hrs before we leave - :D

still won't be using them again - hope no-one else has to go through what we have gone through.

we can now relax and have a good holiday starting tomorrow :cool:

I agree. 9 days to go and no tickets despite ordering them in July and being assured they would be here 10 days before departure. I have phoned twice and been told different thing both times. I am now trying to get a refund of the money they quite happily took from my bank account but guess what? The manager is on the phone, has left the office and is in a meeting about raising ticket prices. I would definetly NOT recommend this company to anyone. Pay the extra and get them from a High Street company.

I agree with an earlier post, why is this copany allowed to advertise on the dibb when they have so many complaints against them.

I used a company called cheaptickets and I had my tickets within 1 week. (this was around the same time best 4 attactions were saying that everyone had a problem getting tickets, not the company I used).
