Anyone know how far in advance of the date of travel that they send the tickets out?
I stupidly quoted them my correct date of travel instead of a week earlier!

A colleague head a fight to get them - arrived today - leave tomorrow! Took a week of phone calls , apparently they had run out of SW ones

Hi
I booked my tickets with them, they said tickets would come a few weeks before departure date.
I asked if I could get them asap they sent them to me within 2 weeks of payment we don't fly till sep.
I found them to be great,helpful with good customer service.

I recieved my lunch with astronaut at KSC voucher today & we dont go till september, thay had said we would get the 2 weeks before travelling but I'm not complaining:beer:

I booked my tickets for Nov throught Best4Attractions. On the booking form I mentioned that I would prefer to have my tickets immediately rather than wait until November. When they called to confirm the order they told me that the tickets would be with me before the 10th June. The tickets actually arrived before the end of May.

I suggest you phone them if you want to get your tickets earlier.

I booked our tickets from them and as insurance against late arrival told them our departure date was a month before actual date. As it was arrived well in advance of my "new" departure date

i also booked the orlando flexi-ticket with best4attractions, they said they would arrice 10 days before my departure (in September) but i asked if they could send then to me as soon as they receive them and they did. i waited about 4 weeks for them

We got Seaworld ticket through them ,and they arrived within 2 weeks.And that was even after a phone call from them to appologise for the delay.

I booked my tickets for september but then decided I wanted then now so gave them all call and they said they would send them out the following week not a problem. They ended up not getting sent so I had to call gain and they said they had no record of me asking them to be sent eariler. Any way they did turn up eventually and I have them well in advance fo my trip in september.

I have ordered my Universal tickets through them - given them a departure date of the 23rd July (2 weeks time) - no tickets yet!!!

2 phonecalls to them so far have resulted in being told different things, I am starting to worry now!

When I've used them, I've always stated when I wnat them by. To their credit they have honoured that. My advice is to be assertive. After all it's you parting with the money! It's always nice to have the tickets in your hand well before the day you go.

Just spoken to them again - not great news. They have told me that the Universal tickets are in short supply but rest assured that I will get them before I go.
Iam far from "resting assured" - they have admitted that they don't have any Universal tickets (the few they have are for people going this weekend) - they have had my money for over two months - I am extremely unhappy that they have taken my money, but do not have the stock of tickets to provide me with the items I have paid for! I guess they would send them if they had them - they just don't have them!!!!

Interestingly, the chap I spoke to recognised me as a 'Dibber' - so I hope he reads this and does all he can to get me the tickets as soon as possible!!

hi

i ordered 4 park flex tix in april and got them 2 wks later with planet hollywood vouchers , i was very happy with service so ordered disney tix in may these did`nt arrive so i phoned them on 5th july 10 days b4 departure they said the would arrive 7 days b4 which they did, but they had ran out of p-hollywood vouchers and sent me photocopies . i am very happy with service and the prices were good.

Booked my tickets through best4attractions and also gave them my correct date of travel - now less than 2 weeks to go and no sign of tickets - will give them a ring tomorrow to find out when
I can expect to receive them
Saying that not yet had flight tickets etc from TCD - again panicking slightly but apparently they send them out 7-10 days before departure so will ring them if they are not here by Friday

Mermaid - I am in exactly the same boat with my tickets, waiting on TCD and best 4 attractions.

I am sure they'll be here!!!!

I left ordering mine until a few days before we went (for family reasons). A couple of places I called just said 'forget it' due to shortage of tickets, especially the Orlando Flexpass.
I got mine from Theme Park Tickets but I had to wait until that days Fedex delivery to them arrived so they could see if they had any spare!

Agency's that took orders months ago and haven't got tickets must be being killed by the $ strengthening, unless they've covered themselves.

My Universal tickets have just arrived from Best 4 Attractions - real tickets, no vouchers.

Great news - panic over - if the chap I spoke to is reading this - thanks for sending them so quickly following our conversation.

Received my tickets yesterday - did phone them the day before to find out what was happening and the guy I spoke to said he would said an urgent email to ensure they were sent out by the end of the week. Later in the day checked my email to find an email informing me tickets would arrive with me next day. Arrived
at 6.45 am - hows that for service

My tickets arrived 9 days before departure. No problems with them at all.
