Does anybody know why the GF is fully booked in October.
I wanted to go Oct 22 - 25 but cannot get a room.
Never had any trouble in the past.
Managed to get the weekend before but it is not the time period i really wanted.

Several reasons including the MNSSHP parties, the food and wine festival but most likely effecting the GF is the Funai Golf tournament 17th-23rd. I suspect many golfers and the entourage (news crews etc) stay there.
does not make sense though because i have a reservation for the Oct 14 - 17 dates.
We go every year at the same time and this has never happened before.
This is our 5th year for MNSSHP.
I am wondering if it is because of the Contemporary renovations going on in the South Garden Wing and the Tower.
Both the travel agents i am working with are confused by this and when they phoned the GF direct, the person there was also confused by it!!!!
