I first contacted Val by e-mail on 29/06/05 re flights for 2006 she informed via e-mail she would get back to me shortly, still no answer. i again e-mailed Val on 7/07/06 but yet again i have had no reply. Does it normally take this long?:confused: :confused: :confused:

Val is usually very good at getting back to you. Have you tried sending her a PM? Otherwise I am sure she will pickup this thread. Send a PM to Cinders Mum

Val is ALWAYS very prompt, I know she has been extremely busy, sorting some weddings in WDW, and also a few problems another client of hers has had. Do not let the fact that she hasnt got back to you deter you, you CANNOT get a better person to handle enquires/holiday bookings with!!. She has always gone out of her way to help me out,

I agree Val is always very prompt, do try the PM, I sent an E-mail a few days go and never received an automatic acknowledgement so I assume the E-mail is not woring.I have just sent a PM to see if E-mail is working.

I had some problems with Val's email address recenty as well. The travelcounsellors server kept rejecting me. :confused:

Val has also been poorly recently and unable to work :( don't know if she's fit again yet. I cannot reccomend highly enough, she gave us fantastic service.:)
