Having received some flex tickets from Orlando Ticket Deals
I emailed them as follows. I've posted this for the info of other dibbers.
I've received my 4 flex tickets from OTD and the letter states they need to be signed however they have been stamped Attraction Tickets Direct across where you should print and sign your name.
Is this a problem are the tickets vaild.
Les.
Here's the reply from a Darren Bridger at Orlando Ticket Deals
Dear Leslie.
Many thanks for your email and please accept my apologies for any confusion which may have been caused. In actual fact, our invoice information does need a little updating as you are no longer required to sign the flextickets. Universal have instead opted to print the name of the ticket supplier on the reverse, in our case, that of our sister company Attraction Tickets Direct.
I hope this helps? Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Best regards,
Darren
