I was on it last month, and it is amazing. It runs in 3 rows of 7 (i think) so we ended up on the front row! I believe you get a great view regardless of which row you're on, as they're staggered, but i don't know about that. All that i know is that is is a LOOONNNNNGGGG way down and I was terrified when we stopped when facing down, hanging over the edge!!! Twice!!! Absolutely amazing!!!

Sounds great.
Can anyone confirm if this and indeed other coasters in Busch Gardens have larger seats as they do in IOA. I am of the larger persuasion and although I am frantically trying to get some bulk off before we go in October I want to be sure I can ride these monsters before making the trip over to Busch.
I was OK in the larger seats last October on Hulk, Duelling Dragons, Dr Doom and Kraken so if the Busch rides have similar provision I should be fine.
Anyone enlighten me???

I am sure that they have the double buckle seats (for the larger frame) at BG ... I will scan through my ride piccies but I am pretty sure they are have them.
I remember asking a ride assistant why I had a double buckle and my bloke never ..he said cos I was in the dodgy seat:eek: he dld me the truth... after the ride had finished LOL

Montu has the 'bigger' seats but Sheikra as yet doesn't. We had a rather large lady sit next to DH on Montu and she was saying how she wished she could go on Sheikra.

Thanks Claire and thanks also Shelly. At least it looks like I'll be able to ride the others from what you both say.

found this on thrillnetwork.com (lots of ride operators from Montu etc on there)
anyway read this ..so you may be fine :D
Something else to consider. Montu has had a newer train for a while and I can say that the seats are just a bit bigger than the older trains. I have noticed on some of the newer inverts that the seats seem a bit larger not much but still noticeable. I have also noticed B&M have modified the structure of the restraint in small ways. My body size fits a B&M seat perfectly so I notice differences on all the B&M products. On a side note, Sheikra though not an invert seems to have the largest seats as they are HYPER seats with OTSR very large and comfortable..
Just someone posting but it sounds promising :D

Gee didn't know this little piece of info!!!
Other things that are interesting- the seating is tiered, with the second row being higher than the first, and the third row being higher still. They've put in small steps on the back two rows that makes it a bit easier to get in, but the third row is high enough that it almost has a floorless feel to it.
 :confused2 :D

Thanks again Shelly. I'll keep pounding the treadmill and eating rabbit food but keep my fingers crossed.

Just back, Shikra was awesome(twice at front) but I also thought Montu was just as good. I suppose it`s down to a personal thing.
Get on that treadmill you will not regret it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Use the single rider lane it`s much, much quicker.
there is an excellent video on Robb and Eliisas Alvins site of Sheikra they were allowed to ride it before the public got general admission..
Heres the link, if you have broadband it downloads quickly and the quality is excellent...
