Have a look here (http://www.wyndham.com/hotels/MCOPV/dining/main.wnt) for details of Arthur's 27, I've not been but have heard only good things about it.

we stayed at the Wyndham which is where Arthurs 27 is located and dined there last Saturday night, it was a fabulpus view but imho the food was not sufficiently different to cheaper places to warrant the prices, although the view was spectacular, but as I dont like heights much so it was a bit wasted on me!!!

We had our wedding reception meal at Arthurs 27 last year. Spectacular views of downtown disney and the epcot fireworks.
The food is amazing, the four course set meal was superb, with things like lobster bisque, buffallo, loin of florida rabbit.
Would definitely recommend.

Ohana's in the Polynesian Resort has a great view of the castle. We went for breakfast but I would imagine it would be lovely at night.

Without a doubt Manuels on the 28th (http://www.manuelsonthe28th.com/) is a fantastic dining experience in Orlando. It is located downtown and it gives you a great view of the city.

I'm not sure if they still do it (my book is at home and I'm at work at the moment) but the Entertainment book use to give a 2 for 1 offer for this restaurant. You don't have to be embarassed with a coupon as the book gives you a plastic card (looks like a credit card) and you just provide it to your server upon arrival. A great savings!

They have an online menu if you want to take a look.
