Anyone know of a decent hotel in or very near to Manchester Airport, we will just need an overnight stay before departure and on return.
Thanks

We like to use the Raddison, on site at the airport. Its not the cheapest but certainly the most convenient.

Another vote for the Radisson, love the fact you can just walk to check in (and back to the hotel when you arrive back )rather than having to wait for a mini bus. Well worth the money.
Haven't managed it yet but would love a room which looks onto the runway, that would be so cool!

I have stayed at the Raddison and it was really nice but it has got too pricy for me now :( with the price of the room and the extra days parking the car so we have booked Bewleys. It is just on the roundabout to the airport. We have stayed there many times and it is great for what we want.
I think I might try and book Bewleys for October
Have just booked the radisson sas :jump: going in just under 2 weeks time. :D pricey but very convenient and great to be able to really relax the night before we fly. No worries of getting the bus to the airport and all the stress that can entail. lol :D

We've stayed at the Radisson twice but have now moved to Bewleys due to the cost. Stayed at Bewleys last year and have booked again for October, rooms and service were just as good as Radisson but loads cheaper.

We stayed at the Moat House....it is about 5 mins away by shuttle bus, and has a lovely pool and health suite which you can use the night before......we really enjoyed it here! Also has carparking...I think we paid £99 for the family room plus 2 weeks parking!

We have probably just been very lucky but the last couple of times we have been we haven't been charged for the extra week.
Last year we were due to be away for 21 nights but with frances we ended up being away for 24 nights and were only charged for the 14.
We used the Hilton last year - was OK if you like boiling hot rooms (Feb) and someone playing with the lift doors right through the night:rolleyes:
has anyone stayed at britiania country house by man airport we are staying in nov
