you rang?
They're great I have clients use them all the time from Glasgow over. Low cost no frills option but good legroom according to one client who is 6'4" and all legs....... no problems.
When I book them I use an intermediary so there is ATOL protection (financial protection) which you should look for as it is a low cost airline IF anything went wrong ABTA would not be interested.
Great value for money option

Hi,
My parents travelled from glasgow to canada with them for a family wedding in april and they said they were great.
The groom went out a few weeks before and apparently they were offering half price upgrades to the next class level at check in. My parents planned to upgrade but when they checked in all the upgrade seats had gone.

I just checked out some of their prices for London - Toronto... they are really cheap, even Premium. I might have to take advantage and pay a visit to my relatives in Toronto! ;)

Thanks everyone.Nice to see a budget airline getting such a positive report.
Now to decide once and for all.........Canada next July/August or California at Easter 2007.

With the flight prices offered by Zoom, you could probably afford to do both! The exchange rate for the canadian dollar is great at the moment!

We used them in June from Manchester to Toronto.
On the flight they were great, on the ground they were not (they just use handling agents).
Completely shredded our bag on the way back, with no staff at Manchester to report it to, then said because we didnt report it, they could not accept liability, so we could not claim from our insurance.
On the way out and back we were in premium economy but the screens did not work, so we had no movies (they were ok in economy).
But.....
The actual Zoom staff on the plane were superb, the flight was smooth, so not all bad.
For the price we paid, they were OK.

Sorry, just to add,
Legroom was good, food was good, drinks flowed well, just the ground staff that were erm, cant swear, erm, poor.
If you are just flying to Toronto (or one of their other desinationsd) with no onward connection, I would use them again.

I would say you are looking at a good eight hours drive at least. You could look for a cheap internal flight though, www.orbitz.com are good for that.
