Hiya,
As most of you already know my mum & dad are celebrating their Ruby Wedding Anniversary next month:D . We are all off to CBR in October and I was wondering if it is easier to organise a basket of fruit & champagne to be in their room from here through Virgin or shall I do it through Guest Services when we get to the hotel?:confused:
