Hi Suzy.
we done Boggy Creek last year on the spur of the moment. We drove down there and we had a wait of about 15 mins then went out on the air boat.We had 3 kids with us and they loved it and the guide pointed out lots of gators.we didnt find the air boat bumpy just very noisy.Hope this helps
Cheers Shaun

Look out for discount coupons for Boggy Creek, thery were in almost all the tourist magazines and discount books we had and will save you a couple of $$$.
Would agree with the above there are alwasy loads of discounts once over there. Try and get there as early as you can. You will have more chance of spotting the gators then. If you leave it till later than 11, you'll still have fun on the boat, but the gators will be hiding from the sun.

Call in at Mapleleaf Tickets on the 192.We got ours from there and they were a couple of dollars cheaper than gate price.
Doesnt sound like a big saving until I say there were 7 of us.

Great everyone - thanks for all your replies. Just hope I won't feel sick - the last time I went anywhere near a boat was a small speedboat years ago..........I seem to remember going several shades of green. Yeuk!

We went on 9th July this year and used a coupon to pay when we got there though I don't remember how much it was, but I know it wasn't expensive.
We went at 9am, but it was when Hurricane Dennis was there and we had rain and wind that morning and we had to hang about for an hour or so to see if we could go out.Theres a little cafe there so we drank coffee while we waited.
The wind did drop so we were able to go out, we went with WDWFOREVER and her husband and son and we had a boat to ourselves.
The ride wasn't bumpy, just noisy and the guide took us very close to female alligators guarding their nests.
We loved it and would have loved to have done it again!
