Please can anyone give me a little advice, I have searched the other threads but cant seem to find what I'm looking for.

I have decided to book ASMO for Christmas 06 (14th-28th) we have usually stayed in QII but wanted to be in the thick of it for Christmas.
Please could you tell me how busy the week leading up to 25th is, will the 3 extra magic hours apply to guests staying at ASMO and what time do the buses start to leave in the mornings for the parks?

The buses start running 1 hour prior to opening .... so if regular opening is 9am and it's early entry at 8am then the buses will start at 7am.

Yes ASMovies guests can take advantage of the extra magic hours.

The parks get significantly busier from the 20th onwards... by the 23rd a great deal of patience is required. We did get up early and use the extra magic hour in the morning, get the bigger rides done and leave the park late morning .... this saved our nerves from getting frayed. As for late nights... don't know as they didn't exist in 2003 when we stayed over xmas.

That's really lovely of you thanks. I See you are staying over New Year aswell, I would have opted for that but because I work in a school I am unable to take anymore time off work. Have you stayed there before?
I have always stayed at the Quality Inn International, a very basic hotel, always clean, pleasant staff. We use it as just a base really because we are always out and about all the time....somewhere to lay our heads. If you pick up any Christmas tips would you mind passing them on to me?
