although some of the reports need to be read with a sense of humour US tripadvisor sites for the hotel may be your best bet or the US side of the DIS forums to get such specifics.

ps Before firing off the email you may find you get a better response if you learn how to unglue the caps lock button on your keyboard.. I know the derogatory term is shouting, but it is honestly actually harder to read and people just tend to flick to the next thread...

If you email the hotel, just ask them for a room not on the ground floor with a pool view. We stayed on the second floor, overlooking the pool just to the back of the hotel. Our room location was very good but, sorry, I can't remember the room number.

I cant remember my room number either but we stayed on the ground floor right beside the pool. Some people say that this is a poor choice and can be noisy but it wasnt for us - it was ideal.
Joh (wilma) - that sounds very close to where we stayed. We just turned left as we exited the room and we were out on to Sand Lake Rd.

Hi, the first time we went to florida in 1998, we stayed in room 2210-superb.It's on the second floor ,overlooking the main pool area.To be fair,i can't really say we have ever been given a bad location.
