Are your kids boys or girls. I don't think they'd be too interested if they were boys in Pooh bear. Although our DS1 was 16 and he went to a few character meals but only because of his younger brother.

An early Dinner in one of the monorail resort restaurants would be an idea as you could easily get back for the parade then.
