fantasmic dining / booking

I booked a fantasmic dinner package on the 90th day which was made for 4:20pm on the 27th Sept and was told to periodically call back to see if they have extended the dining times should I wish to change to a later time. I have phoned Disney weekly since then to try and get a 5:30pm dining time, with the last call being today, just a week before we go, but I have been told that they are still not taking bookings for a later time. Anyone else experienced this ? Should I call back in case I was given incorrect information ??? it seems a bit strange that they are still not taking bookings for a later dining time when its only two weeks away .........................

yep they always put the package diners in as early as poss to avoid problems..either just go to the podium when you get there in the morning or ring from your hotel in the morning....or take a long leisurly dinner..

I changed ours when we got to Florida a couple of days before our ps. We had been given a ps of 4.30pm and changed it to 6.30pm which was much better.There was lots of other times available too.

I am there the first 2 weeks of December is it nessasary to book a dinner package for then or will we be able to get a seat to see Fantasmic anyway? If i need to book a dinner package would i need to do it now or be able to do it on the day? Does anyone know what time the show is at this time of year as december times are not up yet Thanks

hey mumz im there roughly the same time as you! ive booked a couple of dinner packages just to be on the safe side better safe than sorry i thought. although ive been in dec before and its very quiet

yep we were there last Dec to and was really quiet!! Just never got to MGM tho so its first on our list this time! May just book it anyway we have to eat at some point so may as well do it in style lol
