Pony rides at Fort Wilderness

I think I heard somewhere about pony rides and a petting zoo at Fort Wilderness. Has anyone got any info.

Becky has gone riding several times at FW and loves it, she's see deer and all sorts of wildlife:)

I am staying in PC I assume I would get the Disney bus to TTC and then the bus to Fort Wilderness Lodge.

the bus will stop at Fort Wilderness (not the lodge) or you can take a boat trip from Magic Kingdom:)

i did the trail ride at fortwildreness in june. i think it was a 45 min treck and was so relaxing. book a morning or late afternoon session so the heat isnt too much
