How much is really cheap? because this course IS cheap! It's o.k for a knock around but any serious golfer will be dissapointed here. You don't really go to Florida to play a course like a bad brit municipal. When I played there, we (a 2 ball) were following a u.s 5 ball! Having said that, any course is better than shopping. Cypress Creek, about 1/2 mile from millenia mall is a better bet.

Hi Eastender
Thanks for the advice.
The voucher I have got is $22+tax for 2 players doing the 18 hole with a cart. My DH and his friend are only beginners, but it would be nice for them to have a opportunity to try out a better course than the one they play at home and I don't really mind if he pays a bit more to make this possible. Are there any other courses you would recommend for beginners?

Don't know where you're staying but in the I drive area, like I said, Cypress Creek is hard to beat for price & location, & it's very close to the millenia mall, not an easy course (take a few balls)but players of all standards play here & are welcome.
Another good one for beginners is the Faldo Institute on I drive. 9 holes with different tees for all standards, even from the back most holes are short with one or two being really tough. mainly a teaching facility so beginners obviously welcome. Pay a fee and go round as much as you like.
