Ok folks 2 weeks to go now and I have a couple of questions buzzing round my head wondered if some of you could help me out.

First of all, our park tickets arrived today, yipee. They all have spaces where they have to be signed, not a problem for dh and I but what about our 8 year old dd? Does she have to sign hers? or can I just write her name on them?

Secondly, The parent/child swapping on rides how does it work?

We have two girls the 8 year old and a 16 month old. Obviously the 16 month old won't be able to go on the big rides so what do we do?
Is it possible for say my dh to go on a ride with our 8 year old while I wait with the baby and then once they are finished do I get to go on and take our 8 year old with me (so she would get 2 rides) or would I just have to go on by myself?

advice appreciated, thanks

Firstly, regarding signing the tickets. We didn't actually sign ours until we were asked to do so. My niece was asked to sign her own and she is 13, i am not sure about your 8 year old. Is she able to sign, if not i would just explain that you will sign for her. My DS 4 obviously couldnt sign himself and there was no problem with my DH signing for him.
I really wouldnt worry about it, they will be able to assist you when you are entering the park.

Secondly, the parent swap. We made good use of this whilst we were there this August. Our party consisted of myself, DH, DS 4, DS 2 and my niece 13. Most of the time myself and my niece would go to the entrance of the ride and ask for a child swap, most of the workers wanted to see the people that were waiting, i think just to check that they were there and you werent trying to get two rides. They would then give you a ticket with parent swap on it. This ticket enables you and three other members of your group to ride. So yes your daughter would be able to ride again, no problem.

Hope i have been a help.
