Epcot diving tours

Has anyone done any of the Epcot diving/dolphin experiences. I am thinking of booking one for my DH as a surprise. My DD will be too young so I was thinking of taking her somewhere fun in Epcot will DH has some fun & peace.

Any reccommendarions?
