Hello all, just wondered if anyone on here has tried this http://www.warbirdadventures.com/
My hubby will be 40 when we're over there next year and fancied treating himself to a flight.
Also, can anyone reccomend a nice family activity (apart from the obvious) as a 40th birthday treat that we can all do. Our kids are very young 6,3 and 6months, and my MIL will be comming with us, so something we can all do to mark this special occasion.
We will be going to the main parks but fancied doing something different aswell.

I found this http://www.warbirdmuseum.com/
Im pretty sure its the same people who do the flights and they are relocating to Georgia because of the amount of damage they incurred in last years hurricanes.

Just copied the text below from the Warbird Adventures Website, will have to remember to watch Cheggars flying the T-6!!
British TV - Update Sept 14, 2005
"Good Morning Television" (GMTV) on ITV channel 3 in Europe will air with Keith Cheguin flying in our T-6's next Tuesday, Sept 27th. It's on 06:00 - 09:20 (GMT). For our European customers, enjoy and let us know how you like the show (since we can't see it over here...)

Righty ho,just thought ,with them both being based at the same airport on Hoaglands Blvd.

I flew with them in 2001.
It was a fantastic experience, after take off I was given control of the aircraft, we flew out to the aerobatic area and did several turns, rolls and loops.
I have a video tape from take off to landing, which is filmed from a couple of cameras on the aircaft along with all the audio from the onboard microphones.
Also had a roll of stills from the wing mounted camera.

I did this at the Flying tigers/ warbirds museum in Kissimmee last year. I have to say its the most amazing thing i have ever done in my life, you should definitely pay for the video and camera shots as well.
We were actually joined in mid air by the second T6 aircraft and were flying around each other about fifteen feet apart, it was bot exciting and terifying at the same time.!!http://img252.imageshack.us/img252/7546/dscf02738ah.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
