Morning all. Put this on this thread because I'm not really sure where it goes. I wondered if anyone had seen the Disney on Ice going round. We go next week. I'm sure it is wonderful but me being me I can't wait!!!
Every time the advert comes on telly and we hear the theme from Fantasmic the kids jump around. Bless

We were there on Saturday. We all enjoyed it (myself, DH, DD1 age 5 and DD2 age 3). We had rinkside seats in the second row and had a great view. It was a good Disney top-up.

Hope you enjoy it.

Oh excellent. I'm really looking forward to it. We did well with tickets as well. Ours is at M.E.N. Arena which is massive but when I rang for tickets I got a Disneyite. We got talking about Disney and Disney World and he said "I'm not supposed to do this but I've got lower tier (Rinkside) Third row centre, I know you'll be happy with those".
Was really chuffed. Think I'm more excited than the kids. They're more excited that they are going for a burger before we go in:rolleyes:

Do they allow you to take photos. Friend of mine who went last year said they didn't allow it.

Took photos at Toy Story on Ice last time and we were front row on rinkside and had no problems in Aberdeen anyway.

was anyone else disappointed with this? We went in Newcastle on thursday night and I thought it was really poor. I had been really looking forward to it, but was so disappointed. The skating wasn't that impressive, and the songs were mostly quite obscure, not the big Disney numbers that get everyone singing along.
We saw Toy Story a few years ago and that was amazing, I was expecting this to be equally as good, but was disappointed.

It wasn't as good as the Toy Story one but we enjoyed it all the same.

I liked the variety.
