New Mall (not Festival Bay)?

I faintly remember seeing a reference recently to a new Mall. Can anyone remind me?

The Loop is a new open-air shopping complex, offering a great blend of stores and dining options in an open, relaxed and fun setting. The 440,000-square foot retail center will welcome more than 40 businesses, including several familiar restaurants and a 16-screen Regal Cinemas theater. The Loop is slated to be fully operational before the 2005 holiday shopping season.
The Loop is at the corner of John Young and Osceola Parkways.

I was just asking about this a few weeks ago. When we were there in July, there were a few shops open.
