I seem to have a vague memory of reading something about this before (but I can't find it) - apologies if I am duplicating someone else's question.

After reading much advice on this site we have decided that we would like to stay on-site at Universal for a couple of nights of our holiday next August (villa booked for three weeks).

We are a family of five (2 adults and 3 children who will be 14 at time of travel). When trying to book on-line with Universal it will only let me enter 1-4 people (adults) although the rooms state 'sleeps up to five'.

 If I book for 2 adults how do I account for the fact that there will also be 3 children with us - or do I just do this when I get there? I have to confess to being a bit paranoid and liking everything sorted out clearly in advance

I have tried e-mailing but no reply (yet) and I am trying to avoid a phone call to US - you lot seem to know so much I thought someone might have the answer :erm:

Thank you

Hi

I have booked hard Rock hotel for a night in October through Loews website and also found that you could only put adults in booking. However children are free anyway so should not be a problem as rooms do sleep five. Also have you joined loewsfirst as you will receive additional benefits if available ie room upgrade, welcome amenity ect. Have a look on www.loewshotels.com.

We just book a room for 4 then e-mail them requesting a roll away for a 5th person (child). Remember to join loews first - you can do this on line at www.loewshotels.com - you then get a free up grade and amenity of your choice!

Sorry - I didn't realise I had put this in the wrong place.

Thanks for the advice.
