Hi,
We are not sure on how much gratuity to give on Christmas day at Disney Resturants, I had a quick search but unless I'm stupid could not find a thread that relates to this.
Do we double the tip or just give the normal?
How much are tips these days?
Any advice greatly appreciated
Thanks

Down to you really. Leaving a gratuaity of 20% of the bill should be plenty and you should not feel obliged into leaving anymore

Unlike this country where Xmas dinner prices go through the roof for a microwaved meal, the meals in Disney for Xmas Day are no more expensive than any other day.
I'd be inclined to tip a little more.

Would imagine they would be expensive to start with though:D

When we went Christmas 2003, we never left anymore for Christmas Day than any other day but we normally leave about 20%.

Meals in Disney (and in Orlando hotels) are exactly the same price as any other day. True that Disney meals are more expensive than outside, no surprises there.

Have you booked a meal yet? Christmas Day is absolutely hectic in the parks with the MK closing at lunch time as it was so full.
We booked at Liberty Tree tavern, no traditional Christmas Dinner, the menu remains unchanged, but we had a fantastic meal. The waitress was so busy, we wished her a Merry Christmas, and she suddenly remembered it was Christmas Day.
We left her about 20% also out of sympathy.
