Boardwalk Inn - sleeps 4 or 5?

I have read that the Boardwalk Inn sleeps 5, does anyone know if this is the case in all rooms?

and is the 5th bed a sofa or...? will it need settin up every nite?!

The disney website says that BoardWalk Inn sleeps five. It is entirely possible to leave the sofa-bed made up during the day just like a normal hotel room with two double beds. If it is "put away" it give more living space.
