Help i have a dilemma - Fuji vs Kodak

Hi all

You may have already helped me on this subject and your prob getting a bored with me asking but

Fuji S5500 - 1 left £199 on hold til 5pm

Kodak Z740 - 1 left £199 on hold til 5pm

here's the dilemma the memory cards i already have are sd which fit kodak i was thinking i could save money that way but i'm really swaying towards fuji as everybody who has one thinks it great.

You say alot of people have raved about fuji but what feedback have you had about kodak?
we have a fuji digital camera and would never buy anything else but fuji now (jmho)

I like fuji, but when we last bought a camera we ended up with a Nikon [not that i've been anything but happy with it, but fuji was definetly on our short list]

I have a Kodak along with the printer dock and to be honest i would NOT reccomend them to anyone!
The pictures are great BUT a set of batteries takes a grand total of around 3 photos and the rechargeable which came with it manages around 5 pictures!! Its only a year old and i am really disappointed with it.
Next time will be a Canon or a Fuji.
BTW, have you checked the Canon outlet on Ebay? Some great bargains on there..... i got a mini DV camcorder for £130 recently.....an absolute steal coz its a cracking wee machine!
