Hi All
Need some MORE help please:wink
At The Rodeway Inn International on International Drive is it better to have a high floor room? Low floor room? or a room with a pool view?
I am getting very confused, obviously want a good room but I bet which ever one I pick it will be the wrong choice.....anyone been and got some advice would be greatly appreciated.
Traveliing will be DH, myself and little DS (nearly 4).

Hi stayed there last year and going back tomorrow! We got rooms in the middle pretty much, so you can see but not too high to freak out. Mym mum and my bloke dont like hights! Also get a pool view if you can beacuse we got one facing the other way and all you can see is a tiny bit of car park and the hotel next door!

We had a ground floor room facing the pool in the seperate building and it was okay. I am not keen on heights so it suited me fine.

Actually e-mailed the hotel direct to request some extras and they have been sooooo accomodating and really helpful. Looking forward to my stay now!!!

Hi Helen , just came back from our 2nd stay at the rodeway, the main block/tower is the best block to stay in, doors to your rooms are inside whereas the smaller block has your door on an open walkway/balcony, feel safer inside. They have a bar that the children can go into with two pool tables and it stays open as long as someone is in there, two small games rooms, a breakfast room with buffet(tho we prefer to go to the ponderosa directly opposite). Each room has a microwave, fridge and video player(they rent videos at the front desk for a nominal charge, a small deli and shop. The tower is only 9 floors high with the last two floors being smoking floors. We stayed on the 7th floor this year and the 5th last year.We prefer a road facing room, not pool as at night you can sit by the window and just watch the sights rather than an empty pool, we could see wet n wild , part of the higher rides at universal, i drive and a big ferris wheel(where to i dont know ) but a road faceing room is the best.Have a great time and let me know what you think of ponderosa and the rooms when you gat back.
Forgot to mention they have a small coffee maker in the room and they give you disposable cps and coffee each day, but we prefer to use it like a kettle and take our own coffee and teabags and buy milk from the deli. Have a great time, after the hurricane we had a few cloudy days and then the sun came out again
