Towels are provided, as is fish friendly sun tan lotion, masks and snorkels etc. Really all you need to take is a camera or camcorder and yourself! You will have a great day.

You are asked to remove all jewellry including earrings before your dolphin swim so best not to wear any at all that day if you can help it as it's more of a hassle otherwise.
They provide you with everything else, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels as well as the stuff mentioned by UncleLatch. You will have a fantastic day enjoy it

we were allowed to keep our watches on. everything is provided.
I unfortunatley have a fear of birds so did not want to walk through the bit with birds, but when you had your lunch they were everywhere, so i couldn't eat my lunch they seemed to be everywhere.
didn't spoil it too much.

I agree the birds are a pain at lunch, doesn't help when some fool feeds them:angry: but as said nearly everything is provided, even a plastic carrier for your wet clothes at end of day when u change, just remember to take a water camera with u as its pricy there:beer:

You don't need anything, your gonna get well and truly spoiled there, and lets face it for the price you deserve it, lol.
I loved it so much I did it three times.
the food is very nice, my fav was actually the snorkeling with the tropical fish, lovely and warm and absolutely beautiful, got some fab pics with a throwaway waterproof camera.
watch your feet on the lazy river thing though as the edges are a bit sharp.
Oh yea and as the previous poster suggested take a credit card, those DVD's, photo's etc are expensive and difficult to resist.
Remember your knickers!!
I put cozzie on under my clothes to save time when we got there and forgot my knickers. DH and DD both had their's.
