Car Hire Petrol Costs

Does anyone know the latest on this. When the petrol went up over there the carhire firms didnt increase their charge for the over priced tank of fuel. Have they now done that or have they left it the same.

We just came back a couple of weeks ago and there was no extra charge by the car hire company for a tank of fuel. Although it's gone up over there just lately it's still cheap compared to the UK.
