Just wanted to say i dont envy you one bit!!
My eldest was milk allergic (milk protein caused the problem for him) when he was younger,he out grew it thank goodness (which they can do).
Anyway we went to lanzarote and had to take alot of english foods with us as we couldnt chance him being given anything with it in by mistake. Ended up cooking quite a bit for him.
Im sure walmart in orlando will have a huge aisle of choices (you could email them and ask prior to going).
I think eating out could be a problem but if you ask im sure the waitresses will help as much as possible.
Hope you have a lovely time :)

I found that the food labels highlighted any of the major allegens .. wheat, milk, gluten, soya etc
My daughter loved the minutemaid strawberry frozen lemonades but they were few and far between (the toasted almond cart in Epcot sold them.
She also ate the frozen strawberry fruit bars and had english muffins for breakfast. We struggled this year with bread as Publix now spreads eggwash on all its freshly baked breads :(
Dennys has an allegy sheet if you ask your server ..we found this very helpful as my DD suffers extreme multiple food allergies, their margarine is dairy free :) they have this sheet on their website so you can take a look befor you go. Willow margarine is dairy free (walmart) and is the nearest to our butter (imo) which is wierd being non dairy :confused2 very nice and spreads straight from the fridge.

Also if you want to eat in any of the Disney restaurants, then they can prepare a meal to any diatary requirements if you give them 24 hours notice.
I have also seen the chef talk a customer through the buffet at Boma explaining exactly what was in each item so she knew which was ok and which wasn't

I was very disappointed with the Disney restaurants regarding allergies. I was told on booking an adr that I had to contact the chef 7 days in advance which I tried to do on several occasions. I spoke to someone with ideas for meals 7 days in advance (not the chef) and on arriving at the first of my adrs the allergies were not even on file!
The chef came out (as they used to) and spoke with me and rustled something up but they had nothing in epecially.
the other adrs I had booked had the allergies listed but again just offered something on the spot (nothing for dessert etc as they had nothing in) I was not impressed with this at all as I had the same service last year without any prior phonecalls etc ..
So yes Disney will accomodate allergies but I wouldn't bother with any prior phonecalls as these were a waste of time and money!
