Hi people..just booked for Oct 20:confused: :erm: th this year, have stayed at Crowne Plaza last 2 visits, absolutely excellent hotel by the way, but prices have rocketed this year so had to scale down somewhat! Have booked with Kenwood travel to stay at the above mentioned Springhill Suites on Uni bouli...looks ok, fairly new and clean, just wondered if any dibbers have frequented this hotel. Thanks in anticipation. (for the good comments, that is!)

Where is Uni Bouli? Cause Orlando University is MILES away from where you want to be
Springhill Suites themselves have a good reputation, but check the location very carefully - there is one on idrive and one at LBV, both would be fine, the LBV location looks lovely, we have considered staying there many times

Universal Boulevarde.....shortened it down a bit. Its described as Springhill Suites Orlando convention centre but its actually just round the back of Charleys steak house....spose we'll have to eat there again!:tounge:

Oh, why didn't I work that out?

LOL
That's a good location and supposed to be a very nice hotel - I would stay there

I do hope so, trawled through a few options on tripadvisor while Kenwood were organising the aircraft seats....as I mentioned, as long as its clean and tidy...can't bear the thought of stained worn carpets, holes in bed sheets or mould (or worse!) in the bathroom.

It's a lovely hotel, has freebies for the kids too!! Has a kitchen area and the living area is slightly separate from the sleeping. Free tea/coffee, too.

Great place to stay a 10 min walk to international drive and with it been on there the i ride doesnt run as ofton along there but still great place to stay. We had free brekkie consisted of fruit, bagels, waffles, egg, juice, tea, and coffee and hot chocolate. Receptionist very friendly small pool and they have a gym and a small games room free shuttle to disney when we were there we booked through travel city direct who advertised in brochure that it was free to universal also but when we got there it wasnt so spoke to reception explained we dont drive and was expecting free shuttle to universal and they paid for a taxi on the 5 occasions we went there. Taxi cost $8 to universal without tip each way
